Barack Obama isn’t the only American president who gets down to Chance the Rapper.
On Sunday, former president Bill Clinton made a surprise appearance at the Made in America Festival in Philadelphia. “Officially” he was there to register voters for the upcoming presidential election; but in reality, it appears 42 was there to catch Chance the Rapper. No really.
President Clinton was spotted watching the Chicago MC’s set with Beyoncé and Jay Z, and by the looks of the above photograph taken by Getty, he had a hell of a time.
