Lil Yachty and ASAP Ferg take down the competition on song “Terminator” — listen

The two MCs also talk furs, diamonds, and The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air

ASAP Ferg teamed up with Future to give us one of 2016’s best songs in Always Strive and Prosper single “New Level”. The ASAP Mob member is back this week with another collaboration, this time a feature on Lil Yachty’s newest offering, “Terminator”.

Produced by frequent Lil Uzi Vert associate Maaly Raw, the track finds the two MCs bluntly strategizing how they plan to best their competition: “Terminate, terminate, terminate.” (They weren’t kidding, either, as evidenced by the above artwork.) In addition to referencing the man-made machine himself, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ferg drops a few lines about a beloved ’90s sitcom:

“Carlton dancin’ on my Cartier
Will Smithin’, I’m the Fresh Prince
Hold on, I mean the king ’cause I’m destined
Hood Pope ain’t got time for peasants
You better bow at my presence”

Stream it below. Lil Yachty’s last release was July’s Summer Songs 2.
