Mark Zuckerberg’s smart house is programmed to never play Nickelback

Facebook founder's "artificial intelligence" assistant is a goddamn genius

Mark Zuckerberg recently outfitted his home with Jarvis, a “simple artificial intelligence” that takes care of daily tasks, such as making breakfast, setting up business calls, and even dressing the Facebook founder. It’s also trained to play music, according to Zuckerberg’s tastes.

Previously, we found out that the computer wizard has a thing for the Red Hot Chili Peppers, as the AI is quick to pull up the Cali band’s funky grooves. Now in a new video, Zuckerberg has revealed what band he absolutely *never* wants Jarvis to play: Nickelback. In fact, if requested to blast tunes by the Canadian outfit, Jarvis is automatically programmed to reply, “I’m sorry, Mark, I’m afraid I can’t do that. There are no good Nickelback songs.”

A house that serves up toast and saves him from audio torture? Sign me up for a Jarvis, please.

Check out the video, featuring the vocal talents of the great Morgan Freeman, up above.
