Kanye West’s signature Yeezy cleats got off to a rocky start in the NFL, with Houston Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins both fined approximately $6,000 because the swagged out Adidas kicks didn’t comply with the league’s strict uniform policy. Those cleats featured a marbled base that didn’t adhere to the NFL’s requirement that shoes be a solid color, but the brand-new Yeezy 750 cleats sport a monotone look that seems to fit within the league’s parameters.
Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller debuted the new Yeezy 750s on Christmas Day, and Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott was also spotted wearing a beige version on Monday night. Adidas confirmed via Twitter that the black version will soon be available to the public. Praise Yeezus.
