Solange came out of seemingly nowhere right as the year was rounding out with her surprise release, A Seat at the Table, and has ended up with one of the best 2016s in music. Not only did the album earn her spots on our Top Albums and Top Songs of the year lists, but she walked away with a Grammy nomination for Best R&B Performance (“Cranes in the Sky”). Last night, she continued her victory lap with an appearance on Fallon, where she performed a medley of “Rise” and “Weary”. Check out the replay above.
