Westworld Season 1 soundtrack featuring covers of Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, and The Cure is out now — listen

Also included are Amy Winehouse, Soundgarden, and the Animals

One of the small joys of HBO’s Westworld was deciphering what iconic songs were repurposed for the show’s ever-present player piano (spoiler alert: it was usually one by Radiohead). Soft and understated, these compositions were penned by the show’s composer, Ramin Djawadi (who also scores Game of Thrones).

No longer must you queue up your DVR to hear those songs. WaterTower Music has released the full soundtrack to Westworld’s first season. An EP containing covers by Radiohead, Soundgarden, The Rolling Stones, and The Cure was released previously, but the full LP clocks in at a whopping 34 tracks.

In addition to the EP covers, the soundtrack compiles covers of the Animals’ “House of the Rising Sun,” Nine Inch Nails’ “Something I Can Never Have,” and Amy Winehouse’s “Back to Black,” as well as “Motion Picture Soundtrack,” “Fake Plastic Trees,” and “Exit Music (For a Film).”
