2017 marks 40 years since Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers got together, and they’re commemorating the anniversary in the biggest way they can. In fact, the party has already started with the release of two vinyl box sets collecting the band’s complete discography.
However, the real celebration starts next year when the band heads out on their massive anniversary tour. The 33-date trek will take them all across North America, hitting up iconic venues like Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, Chicago’s Wrigley Field, and Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York.
