After releasing one of the year’s best albums and snagging a Grammy nomination in the process, Bon Iver is having a shaky start to 2017. The band has just canceled its upcoming month-long run of European dates as well as Justin Vernon’s planned appearance on A Prairie Home Companion due to the ever-ominous “personal reasons.”

Vernon was scheduled to appear on the Minnesota-based public radio show on January 14th, with the European tour kicking off in Paris on the 22nd. Now, however, the entire run of shows through February 20th in London have been canceled with no plans to reschedule. Still, the band’s note promises they “will be back,” as they’re set to play Coachella as well as EU festivals including NOS Primavera Sound, Primavera Sound, and Forbidden Fruit.
