While meeting recently with Sweden’s outgoing ambassador, President Barack Obama joked about a potential gig at Spotify once his term ends next week. “I’m still waiting for my job at Spotify… Cuz’ I know y’all loved my playlist,” the hipster president allegedly said. Now, Spotify CEO Daniel Ek has pounced the opportunity for free press by encouraging Obama to apply for a recently created President of Playlists position.

“I heard you were interested in a role at Spotify,” Ek tweeted. “Have you seen this one?” It’s obvious the listing is tongue-in-cheek, as it asks for “at least eight years experience running a highly-regarded nation” and experience with programming playlists at a “federal level,” but it’s all in good fun.

And to be fair, Obama has shown a knack for curating playlists. He shared an epic two-part summer playlist last year, followed by a gym playlist last fall. Plus, as the job listing points out, he has good relationships with a wide range of artists and musicians. Jay Z, Beyoncé, and Kendrick Lamar were all at his 55th birthday party, and Bruce Springsteen, Chance the Rapper, The Roots, Solange, and more are all rumored to have performed at this past weekend’s going away bash.
