The Stranger Things kids rap and Barb gets redemption in Golden Globes’ opening musical number — watch

Jimmy Fallon's guest-heavy opening also featured Justin Timberlake, Amy Adams, Tine Fey and more

Jimmy Fallon opened the 2017 Golden Globe Awards ceremony with a pre-recorded parody of the multiple nominee (and winnerLa La LandImagining the host and nominees getting stuck in traffic on their way to the show, the musical number featured appearances from Nicole Kidman, Amy Adams, Ryan Reynolds, Tina Fey, Justin Timberlake, Kit Harington, Rami Malek and the kids from Stranger Things.

Award show vets Millie Bobby BrownGaten MatarazzoCaleb McLaughlin, and Finn Wolfhard popped up to deliver a few bars of rap (with the Eleven actress of course taking the spotlight). What’s more, they gave a bit of redemption to the one of the show’s most shortchanged characters, Barb (Shannon Purser).
