Last month, Consequence of Sound teamed with Audiotree and Heineken to launch a new video series called Open Your City. The project was celebrated with a launch party concert at Chicago’s Lincoln Hall featuring the first two Open Your City guests — Joseph Chilliams and Tunde Olaniran — as well as Mother Nature. Since then, we’ve debuted the video of Tunde Olaniran performing “Hungry”, and we’re back today with the premiere of Chilliams’ session.

For his Open Your City clip, Chilliams performed the Star Wars-referencing “FN-2187”. The chilled out track was perfect for the setting, a Chi-Town restaurant looking out over the great Lake Michigan shoreline. The PIVOT MC was supported by just one keyboardist and a backing vocalist to help create the mood, all mellow vibes like burning candles on the dining table in front of them.
