Sunday, June 19th is Father’s Day, and we’ve got the perfect soundtrack for all of your grilling and chilling needs.
We’ve compiled a playlist of songs written by dads, songs about dads, and most of all, songs that dads definitely dig and will blast on full volume, if given the opportunity. Like your dad, most of these songs are heartfelt and a little cheesy.
This weekend, take a moment to celebrate all of the fathers and father figures in your life. As John Lennon says, “It’s a long way to go/ A hard row to hoe,” but our fathers remind us to keep trekking on.
Come this Sunday, open up a cold one, put on this playlist and hug a dad (any dad will do, though we recommend it being someone other than a complete stranger).
