Sir Paul McCartney has announced a run of Australian tour dates, which mark his first live performances in more than a year.

In October and November, McCartney will play shows in Adelaide, Melbourne, Newcastle, Sydney, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. It’ll be his first time touring Australia in six years.

A ticket pre-sale is set for Wednesday, August 9th, with a public on-sale following on Friday, August 11th via Ticketmaster. You can also look for tickets via Viagogo.

Thanks to Bruce Springsteen, fans can expect McCartney to play nearly three hours each night. “I’ve got so many amazing memories of my time in Australia over the years,” the former Beatle said in a statement. “Our last trip was so much fun. We had such an incredible time. Each show was a party, so we know this is going to be incredibly special. Australia we are going to rock! I can’t wait to see you.”
