Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” is well on its way to becoming the highest-grossing tour in history, with the singer herself estimated to walk away with at least a half a billion dollars. According to TMZ, Swift is sharing in the wealth by gifting members of the tour’s crew bonuses totaling $100,000 each.
Prior to her shows in Santa Clara last weekend, Swift reportedly handed out six-figure bonuses to the 50 or so truckers who have hauled her stage across the country over the last several months.
Swift also gave bonuses to her band members, dancers, lighting and sound technicians, caterers, and others, TMZ reports. Update: In total, Swift reportedly handed out more than $55 million in bonuses.
The first leg of “The Eras Tour” concludes following a six-night run at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium that begins on Thursday. Afterward, she’ll embark on a lengthy international run of shows. Tickets to her upcoming dates are available here.
