Tim Lambesis, lead singer of metal core band As I Lay Dying, was arrested Tuesday afternoon (May 7th) on charges that he solicited an undercover police officer to kill his estranged wife. Lambesis had just returned home to California following his band’s tour of the Eastern Asia when he was taken into custody, booked into the Vista Detention Facility and has been charged with solicitation of another to commit murder, according to The New York Times.
