Today, Sami Jarroush of the Rock it Out! Blog joins the thousands of others in taking the Ice Bucket Challenge to raise awareness for ALS (aka Lou Gehrig’s Disease). In turn, he’s nominated three other music figures to take the plunge: Anthony Fantano of The Needle Drop, Cage the Elephant, and Foo Fighters’ frontman Dave Grohl. They have 24 hours to respond with their own videos or make a donation to ALS research.
