Over the last year and a half, while the rest of the world was shutting down, Mike Posner was off seeking adventure of the highest form. Back in 2019, Posner walked across the United States, documenting parts his journey on his Instagram account. While traversing the Rocky Mountains, he got the idea to one day climb Mount Everest. Two years later, on June 1st, 2021, Posner finally summited the highest peak on Earth.
Posner dedicated the climb to his late father and also used it as an opportunity to raise almost a quarter of million dollars for the Detroit Justice Center, a non-profit law firm focusing on criminal justice reform. And just six days after he finished the climb, Posner released the music video for his latest single “Jealousy.”
