Corey Taylor leads quite the rock star life as the frontman of Slipknot and Stone Sour. He’s also a featured member in Dave Grohl’s new super group the Sound City Players. Recently, Rock it Out! Blog caught up with Taylor backstage at Chicago’s Congress Theater to discuss his various projects, including Stone Sour’s upcoming album, House of Gold and Bones Pt. 2, and the subsequent movies Taylor plans to create based on the LP, the future of Slipknot, and what it feels like to perform alongside the surviving members of Nirvana.
