Heavy metal-playing, costume-wearing titans GWAR and professional party starter Andrew W.K. both appeared at Chicago’s Riot Fest this weekend, and we thought it’d be fun to have them interview each other. The result is today’s episode of the Rock it Out! Blog.
No pre-approved questions. No script. Dave Brockie, AKA Oderus Urungus of GWAR, and Andrew WK. just talked about whatever was on their minds. And those topics included why no wants to be associated with Oderus Urungus, which of their bands would win a battle of the bands, and unique tattoo ideas. They also spent time thanking one of Chicago’s most notorious street gangs for allowing Riot Fest to happen at Chicago’s Humboldt Park. Take it all in below.
