In this exclusive Q&A, Rock it Out! Blog host Sami Jarroush chats with Nick Arundel, the audio director for Rocksteady Studios and composer of 2015’s most anticipated video game, Batman: Arkham Knight.
Arundel discusses how he scored the latest Batman game as well as the previous installments, Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, and whether or not it became more difficult as the games became bigger. He also talks about the parallels of film and video game scoring, and if he drew inspiration from previous Batman themes to create his own.
